Faith Sharing: Sr. Pauline Made Martini (Indonesia) does parish work in Francistown, Botswana, and conducts Bible faith-sharing in the nearby village of Shashemooke. |

Feeding Programme: Children, many
orphans among them, gather for catechism, socializing, prayer, and lunch
each Saturday. Sr. Pauline and Sr. Rose Birungi work with volunteers to
provide this program for the children. |

Family Visit: As time allows, the Sisters establish
good relationships among the people through family visits. |

South Africa:
In the Diocese of Tzaneen, our Sisters manage the ARV clinic. Sr. Marita Kurian,
the site manager, balances the hectic schedule with time for fun and relaxation.

World AIDS Day: Theme: “Stop AIDS,
Keep the Promise” is the theme for this national event. Attended by people
from throughout Botswana, it provides opportunities for people to be conscientisised.
Our Sisters support efforts to educate people about HIV/AIDS, preventive measures,
and value formation. The Sisters in Zambia are engaged in various apostolates focused on HIV/AIDS and preventive measures. The Sisters coordinate the "Behavioral Change Programme" (workshops); are in charge of Lubashi Home (an orphanage); participate in Bible ministry and cathectics. |

Search-in Programme: Sr. Josephine (Flores)
conducts a two-day search-in for young women interested in Religious life.
Sr. Rose Birungi (Uganda), Sr. Maria Helena Young (Korea), and Sr. Debra Ncube
(Bulawayo, Botwana) assist her. Sr. Rose and Sr. Debra are among the first
African women to enter the SSpS in Botswana. They received their religious
formation in Ghana.
